He lives in Istanbul with his youngest son and his wife and grandchildren. He is waiting for a visa to go to Sydney where his other sons live. He has six sons and a daughter. Because he had three first class restaurants, he was well off there. The Iraqi fighters attacked one of his sons because his son was working as a guide to the American soldiers.
